Welp, I wondered how long it would take (and how much money companies would lose) before they brought call center jobs back to the US of A. I work in a call center and the number one complaint from customers (world wide) is not being able to speak to someone who understands. I deal with people internationally, so it is not just the English speaking people that are complaining. As to how much monies the companies have saved, they fail to mention how much it has cost them in errors and payouts!
